Revolutionizing The Learning Experience

McDonald's sought a solution, that would resonate with today's learners, engaging them through various channels and technologies. Drawing upon our expertise in digital media, we embarked on a journey to transform their Crew Academy into an immersive and uplifting experience.


The Watch Experience

Our approach was multifaceted, drawing upon years of expertise in video production and VFX to capture the vibrant and uplifting environment of McDonald's.

Incorporating a blend of video, interactive games, and cutting-edge technologies, we crafted a learning system that not only educates but also entertains. The Gamification

The Concept Art

Our approach was multifaceted, leveraging our expertise in concept art and character design to bring forth charismatic characters akin to the beloved McDonald's crew. These characters became the digital cast of our learning system, embodying diversity and inclusion. Drawing inspiration from various cultures and locations, we meticulously crafted each character with unique characteristics, ensuring representation and relatability for McDonald's crew members worldwide.
